CANCELLATION POLICY

1.1 If the project is in the initial stage, 30% of the Total Project cost will be charged as the Cancellation fees.

1.2 If 50% or more than 50% of the Project work is completed, in this scenario customer will have to pay the complete Development cost which has been involved in the project along with the 30% of the cancellation fees with reference to Total Project Cost.

1.3 If the Project work has already been completed, in this scenario DigIndia PayTech will not be able to cancel the project and provide any kind of the Refunds.

REFUND POLICY

2.1 DIGINDIA PAYTECH will not process any kind of Refunds for the purchased Services, as we cannot transfer/sell it to any other client

2.2 We request each one of the customers to go through the each and every Terms & conditions and Refund Policies before purchasing any of our services.
